Safeguarding Lead
Michelle has been at Greenwich House since July 2017. Previous roles include being a team manager within West Lindsey Children's Centres, and inspecting Early Years Settings for ofsted.

Lisa has been with us since September 2022. During this time, she has become room lead, deputy and is now also our setting Sendco.

Mrs Mitchell has worked at Greenwich House since September 2010. She loves working with the young babies in the Creche and developing strong bonds with both them and their families and feels this is very important. She has a natural caring nature and ability and demonstrates a great deal of passion within her chosen career.

Our family ethos is strengthened by having our own onsite cook. Mrs Cosgrave joined the team in 2025 and will work with all the team to ensure we deliver nutritious and enjoyable meals to all the children.
